I grow the design team: ways of working, rituals, hiring, feedback. I make sure design has a seat at the table when product decisions are made.
I connect the user experience to company strategy. I think in end-to-end journeys, beyond the feature, so every decision serves a shared direction.
In discovery, I frame the problem, explore and test before committing. In delivery, I write specs, make trade-offs with PMs and engineers, and follow quality all the way to production.
I run research from framing to readout: interviews, tests, surveys. I turn observations into decisions the team can act on.
I build and maintain shared systems: components, tokens, documentation and governance. To ship faster, and more consistently.
I use AI where it meets a real need: removing repetitive tasks, speeding up exploration and synthesis. The time saved goes to what matters: understanding users and making decisions.
